Your new EcoCross bamboo bike frame is warrantied against manufacturers defects for life. If it's our mistake, we will replace your frame for free. This applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable. If your warranty claim is more than 90 days after purchase, you will be responsible for domestic shipping costs. If your model is no longer available, we will offer you a replacement from our current production models.
